Meet Gwen
I’m Gwen Warren - business coach, educator, and speaker, but also a lover of freedom, fitness, food, and adventure. My values are freedom, community, fun and courage, and they shape both how I live and work and how I choose to grow, on my terms. For me, business shouldn’t be complicated and isn’t about following someone else’s blueprint. It’s about building something aligned with who you are and the life you want to live, and having the courage to be intentional about building it from the ground up.
With over 20 years in health and business, I now help nutrition and health practitioners turn their expertise into 1:Many offers that sell with a simple step-by-step approach, audiences that buy without the need for uncomfortable sales tactics, and confidence that grows.
Why me
From £50k 1:Many launches with zero advertising, to sold-out retreats, group programmes and two memberships with over 250 members - my own business is built on the exact strategies I now teach. But more than that, I built it on my terms and around my children whilst still having time to travel freely and pursue my love of cycling and all things food & fitness. As a single parent I had no choice but to make my businesses financially sustainable, but flexible enough to give me the freedom to always be there for them and for me to uphold my non-negotiables in life. I understand the reality and challenges of trying to grow a business around a family - the same challenges many of my practitioners face. Alongside this, I’ve coached global entrepreneurs across industries, lectured in business at top UK nutrition universities and professional bodies, and worked with high-profile clients including Cambridge University Judge Business School, Morrisons, Tesco and Heinz. You may also have seen me in the national press and on Channel 4.
