How I Discovered the business model That Changed Everything for Me
Fifteen years ago, I was in the exact same position you’re in now—not long qualified, with big dreams and 2 toddlers but no clue where to start. I had no idea how important it was to build an audience. I didn’t know what an email list was. I thought that 1:1 clients would just come and that would be enough.
But very quickly I realised that relying on 1:1 work alone wasn’t sustainable - not with the looming pressures of a divorce and the responsibility of providing for my children all by myself.
I faced a tough choice: return to a corporate career and sacrifice the freedom I craved, or find a way to make my business work on my own terms.
That’s when I stumbled upon the idea of creating rewarding group programmes and online courses.
At first, it felt overwhelming - I had no idea where to start, and I worried that no one would sign up. But I knew I had to try something different if I wanted to create the flexibility and financial stability I needed.
Fast forward, and that leap of faith changed everything.
