When I was at college, I remember being told that I’d have to see many clients to make any money. But I thought that was just how it was and I was ready to work hard, I’d not done all this hard training for nothing!

But when I started working with clients, there were 2 big issues; firstly I only had so much time in the day. I would have to work a LOT to make a decent wage for myself. And secondly, I realised quite quickly that 1-1 work was not my genius and it was very draining for me. I was at risk of getting exhausted and burnt out pretty fast.

Once I realised this, I had to find other ways to make an income. Slowly but surely I created different income streams, and now have multiple ways to make money.

Even if you only want to do 1-1 work, just being an amazing NT isn’t going to be enough to necessarily survive. What happens in those months that you don’t bring any clients in?

In fact, did you know that the average 7+ figure income earner has 7 different sources of income?!

If you want to earn decent money and not burn out, you will be ahead of the game if you  introduce more than just one or two streams of income in your business!

The  more you diversify, the more resilient your business will be. When clients are harder to get, you’ll have other income sources to rely on. Cashflow is key to any business survival.
